Tracy Tom
Tracy brings the perfect combination of professionalism, horsemanship and fun to her students and clients. Her teaching style is simple, yet effective, combining the fundamentals and a sense of discipline into each of her riders. A highly accomplished rider since the age of 5, she has taken many horses and ponies to championships and top ribbons.
ASSISTANT TRAINER & IEA COACH
Maggie Desch
Maggie grew up riding and competing locally, with success in hunters, jumpers and equitation. She was a strong competitor on her IEA Team through her high school years, captain of her team, and a winner of the Open Championship at Regional Finals. For the past few years, she has been an assistant coach to Tracy, and is the head of the Lotus IEA team. Maggie has a passion for teaching and working with students of all levels to reach their goals.

Courtney Tom
Courtney has been riding her entire life. As a junior, she was a working student for Nona Garson competing in the hunters, jumpers and equitation on both the local and A show circuit. Courtney had a successful junior career that included qualifying for Medal and Maclay finals. She most recently held the position of Assistant Barn Manager at Centenary University. Courtney brings a passion for horse care and developing young horses for the show ring.
